Generate a Return Label:
Visit our Returns Portal.
Select the reason: "Damaged Item," "Incomplete Order," or "Incorrect Item Received."
Upload your photos and download your prepaid shipping label.
Your options for resolution:
Replacement: We will ship the correct item to you (subject to availability).
Full Refund: We will credit the total amount to your original payment method once we receive the returned package at our warehouse.
